People’s Arc held their Employee Appreciation Milestone Luncheon at Bellport Country Club on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Each year employees who have reached a milestone employment of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years are invited to a lunchtime celebration. This event is held as an extra acknowledgment for our staff during our Employee Appreciation Week, which we celebrate by department. In house, staff were treated to celebrations tailored to their team and many raffles were given out! We cannot express enough how thankful we are to The Employee Appreciation Committee at Peoples Arc for devoting countless hours to making sure each and every staff member is celebrated. The committee is responsible for hosting the luncheon and coordinating the Employee Appreciation Week happenings. Though they don’t stop after this, as they continue to invent engaging opportunities for staff to get to know one another and connect outside of work!
