This People’s Arc of Suffolk initiative will recognize and celebrate exemplary employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication, innovation, and impact in advancing the mission of inclusion and support for people with disabilities. Our first featured highlight is Dana Luther.
Dana Luther is the Children’s Services Director of Pupil Personnel. Celebrating 25 years with the Agency this year, Dana started as a Family Support Counselor, putting her School Psychologist experience to good use. Among her many responsibilities, Dana directly supervises our Family Services Department (Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Intervention, and Nursing) and is our school district liaison- coordinating enrollment and attending CPSE/CSE meetings. In her spare time, Dana enjoys reading, and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
