We have a dedicated Employee Appreciation Committee who spends time meeting to plan activities and events for People’s Arc staff to participate in. This year, the group decided to celebrate employee appreciation differently by dedicating each week to a particular team or department within the agency.
“The Employee Appreciation Committee at People’s Arc of Suffolk had a fantastic week kicking off its first Appreciation Week of the year, by highlighting our Behavioral Health Team. We had the opportunity to celebrate the talented and dedicated employees on this team throughout the week. During the week we shared messages from leadership, learned fun facts, completed fun activities and raffled off some prizes. We appreciate everyone who participated and helped make this week a success. Thank you to the Behavioral Health Team, you are always needed and forever appreciated.”
– Amanda Demato, Director of People Experience
