Spirit of Huntington has teamed up with AHRC Suffolk to produce an exciting and innovative new curriculum for the new People’s Arc of Suffolk. Classes are taking place at Trinity Episcopal Church campus in Northport NY. The former pre-school is now a brand-new state-of-the-art facility offering various art and communication programs called, Peoples’ Arc Performing Arts Center. This updated facility houses our cutting-edge Arc-TV broadcast studio where students take Video Production classes. They participate in a fun, collaborative experience learning all aspects of video production and broadcasting including filming, lighting, editing, and working with green screen technology. They also learn how to create podcasts and conduct video job interviews. All while gaining confidence performing in front of the camera and expressing their creativity.
Stay tuned for more innovative broadcast classes coming soon to the Arc-TV Broadcast studio, and be a part of the new and exciting things happening at People’s Arc Performing Arts Center.
